Who we need
Reporting to the Account Director, Partnerships, we are looking for a Manager, Partnerships, to join our team. As our new Manager, Partnerships, you will support the strategic objectives of a key retail partner within the Scene+ loyalty program by leveraging data-driven insights to track KPIs, deliver actionable reporting, and provide strategic recommendations. You will also play a key role in aligning business needs with operational initiatives, enhancing the member experience, and driving overall performance through effective cross-functional collaboration.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring work in the office five days over two weeks.

As our new Manager, Partnerships, you will:
- Grow your insights – and leverage them. You will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for a strategic Scene+ account, using dashboards and collaborating with Data Science. You will provide weekly KPI updates, offer actionable recommendations, and deliver summarized Monthly Business Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will contribute data-driven insights to the key strategic account plan, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Drive partner objectives. You will work closely with new and existing partners to identify their business objectives. You will collaborate with the Account Director and internal team, including marketing, operations, finance, and data analytics, to ensure continuous success by creating programs and experiences that achieve those objectives. You will lead the preparation and execution of QBRs, integrating KPI progress, strategic insights, and cross-functional updates. You will gather input, manage timelines, and ensure strategic alignment while summarizing findings, providing recommendations, and outlining actionable next steps.
- Liaise. You will meet regularly with key owner stakeholders to explore opportunities where the team can add value to their businesses. You will serve as the primary liaison for Partnerships within account-related operational projects, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and regular updates on KPI impacts, risks, opportunities, and stakeholder considerations.
- Manage projects and meetings. You will oversee and maintain partnership project trackers, QBR agendas, and meeting minutes—ensuring discussions are well-organized, action-oriented, and focused on KPI progress and strategic recommendations. In addition, you will prepare bi-weekly summaries of partner integration into operational projects.
You bring:
- The experience. You bring insights, best practices, and expertise in Partnerships management or a similar role, preferably in the loyalty industry. You excel at analyzing data using dashboards, interpreting complex information, identifying key trends, and providing clear recommendations, and driving decision-making. You are a storyteller with proven success translating insights into compelling business narratives, connecting data to strategy to guide discussions.
- The consulting approach. You are a natural relationship builder who can manage expectations, ask the right questions, influence decisions, and work across multiple levels of an organization. You have a proven ability to think critically, and leverage data and insights to develop creative solutions. You have experience taking a consulting approach to establishing and growing relationships across multiple levels, managing expectations and influencing decisions. You are a true partner and contributor, working alongside your clients and empowering them with the tools, strategies, resources, and project plans to meet business goals. As a strategic thought leader, you can independently execute your ideas and champion plans while remaining open and flexible to feedback.
- The technical skills. You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard navigation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, allowing you to track performance and communicate insights effectively. You are data-driven and can draw deep insights from your analysis, asking intelligent questions to obtain further insights and propose creative plans, offering business and financial commentary on trends and drivers.
- The project management skills. You can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication. You can identify gaps or problems, think critically, and propose and execute solutions. You can take the initiative and see it through from project plan to rollout, meeting deliverables, budget and timing, seamlessly adapting to changes in priorities, and shifting your focus when necessary.
- The interpersonal skills. You have outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills. You can navigate conflict, manage stressful situations, mediate, and facilitate discussions at any level. You genuinely appreciate diverse experiences and backgrounds and are interested in understanding others, hearing their perspectives, and addressing their concerns.
