Who we need

Reporting to the Account Director, Partnerships & Marketing, we are hiring a Coordinator, Partnerships & Marketing to provide foundational execution and operational support across a key strategic partner account. As the new Coordinator, Partnerships & Marketing, you will support operational execution, including fulfillment of partner commitments and cross-functional task coordination, as well as select marketing execution activities such as campaign management, asset trafficking, and communication support. Acting as a central point of coordination across Operations, Marketing, Digital, and partner stakeholders, you will keep workstreams moving, facilitate meetings, maintain trackers, and ensure all execution is accurate and on time.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a demonstrated aptitude for reliable execution. This is a hands-on role well-suited to someone early in their career who is eager to build skills across partnership operations and marketing execution in a high-frequency retail loyalty environment.

This job posting is for a full-time, hybrid role, working three days per week on-site at our Toronto office.

What’s in it for you:

Impact. You will play a key role in delivering executional support across a strategic Scene+ partner account. Your work will contribute directly to campaigns, partner initiatives, and loyalty experiences seen by millions of Canadians.

Exposure. This role offers hands-on exposure across partnerships, marketing, and operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support the execution of large‑scale loyalty initiatives.

Career growth. Scene+ actively invests in internal growth, offering individuals the opportunity to develop their skills, take on greater ownership, and advance into more strategic roles across the organization.

As our new Coordinator, Partnerships and Marketing, you will:

  • Execute operational deliverables. You will support day-to-day operational tasks required to fulfill partner commitments and ensure operational workflows progress efficiently. You will track active workstreams, ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule, and proactively flag and escalate risks or delays as needed.
  • Support marketing execution. You will manage campaign inputs and asset trafficking, ensuring internal teams are equipped with everything required to execute campaigns, partner marketing initiatives, and ongoing communications effectively and on time.
  • Facilitate meetings and manage actions. You will prepare agendas, capture detailed notes, and distribute clear action items following weekly internal and partner meetings. You will track follow-ups and ensure momentum across all workstreams.
  • Monitor the market. You will conduct regular scans of the loyalty landscape, summarizing competitor campaigns, offers, and key industry developments. You will share concise insights and begin translating emerging trends into implications that support partnership and marketing decision-making.
  • Coordinate across teams. You will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear and timely communication and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Maintain organization and process. You will develop and manage trackers, proactively follow up on deliverables, and document decisions and approvals to ensure operational and marketing activities are organized, aligned, and execution‑ready.

You bring:

  • The experience. 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, operations, or coordination roles, or have gained relevant experience through a co‑op or internship. You have supported executional work in a cross-functional environment and understand how to coordinate deliverables across multiple teams. Exposure to marketing execution, including campaign coordination or asset trafficking, is an asset.
  • The organization and time management skills. You are highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple active workstreams. You proactively track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable work.
  • The communication and relationship skills. You are a collaborative team player who works well across functions and levels. You communicate clearly, respond quickly, and build trust with internal teams and external partners through reliability and follow-through.
  • The technical foundation. You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable developing trackers, organizing data, and supporting presentation materials.
